How do I cancel my course?
The following information will hopefully assist you with your question regarding cancelling your course. However, if for whatever reason the information presented below does not help, and you still require assistance, if you scroll all the way to the bottom of this page you will see you have the ability to lodge a service request. When lodging a request please try to include as much information as possible! The better you describe your issue, the better our tutor team will be able to assist you. Thank you.
Please be aware all enrolments have a cooling-off period, which your career consultant explained to you at the point of enrolment. If you have passed your cooling off period, there’s a chance your cancellation request will be denied.

Cancellation request already submitted
If you have already lodged a cancellation request, please check your emails for a further update. Requests are processed within 24-48 hours. Please be aware, once you have received approval of your cancellation, it can take up to 5 days to be fully processed.
